Yes. Registration and platform membership on GlobalRoute AI are completely free. There is currently no fee to publish listings or receive introductions.

How is my company identity protected?

Your company identity is never shared automatically. GlobalRoute evaluates each inquiry independently and only notifies both parties once a qualified match is approved — with your knowledge.

How long does company verification take?

When your documents are submitted and complete, verification typically takes 1–3 business days. Missing or unclear documents may extend this timeline. Our team will contact you if anything is needed.

What happens after my product listing is approved?

Once approved, your listing is published anonymously — buyers see the product category, origin country and description, but not your company name. GlobalRoute notifies you when a qualified buyer expresses interest.

Can I get a freight estimate without an account?

Yes. The Freight Calculator on the Quote page is available to all visitors. All estimates shown are indicative and are not binding quotations. A confirmed price requires carrier verification.
